On receipt of my parcel delivered from DPD, it was opened to discover that the purchased item (watch) has been removed and the empty box repackaged and delivered.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The sender tracked the parcel to another incorrect address! So they have given me a full refund.
I changed my delivery to my local pick up point for today, so despite having confirmation of this the driver decided to drop it off at a random address and I have no idea where this parcel is.a

I would like to make a complaint about one of your workers. The van was parked in the middle of Bingham road; the registration of the van is E073xvP. When the van reversed down the road, my car was behind. I beeped the horn three times so I could get into a space and the van could pass. The driver reversed up to the side of my car, wound down his window, and started to be abusive.
I said, 'I moved out of your way.' I asked him to carry on so we could continue our journey. He responded with, 'What is your problem?' Understandably, I responded.
I then asked for the contact details for the company and his name. I moved his wing mirror and the bottom of the glass fell out. He claimed I had broken the mirror glass, but the glass may have already been broken before. I put the glass back onto the mirror and suggested we move further up the road, but he wouldn't budge.
Other road users were also asking the driver to move his van out of the middle of the road because the road is narrow, but he refused. I was hesitant to give my details when he asked for proof and to see my bank card, which I declined. Instead, he provided a number to the company and showed me the website's number.
The driver's name was Seun Adenosine.
Preferred solution: I want a member of your team to contact me . If the driver just carried on with reversing his van the problem would have not escalated.

I have received an email instructing me to collect my parcel from the local shop ( co op). When the bar code was scanned the shop assistant told me that the parcel is not in the store.
There is no further information as to where my parcel is. I have never changed my delivery address

I'm missing my appointment over this silly person. At least you could do is answer the phone to me. I want something done about this. Wer could the driver be of this van.
There's no one in the street.

Rubbish tipped by one of dpd drivers on a dirt track. I know its from a dpd drivers due to the cards in the bag.
There are empty fag packets empty food packs and drink bottles.
Disgusting behaviour should be ashamed. It's been reported to the local council as fly tipping

I was sitting in my lounge as I saw your driver cut straight accorss my lawn fresh tyre marks so I took photos I asked him to explain and his response was ooooo your a right one you weve got a right little character here Im shaking in my boots he pointed out theres other marks on my lawn yes from weeks ago Im trying to put a stop to it his attitude was disrespectful and disgusting he didnt even apologise or offer any explanation,
I accept my response to him was the way he reacted wasnt even sorry and was laughing with the customer he was Malta delivery.

Driver thyago didnt even come to my door or didnt even ring the bell first time he done photo from the van without go out and second day he just come outside and he done pic to the door outside and didnt even ring i was inside the home waiting for package and he marked nobody to sign.

05 Nov 2024. A DPD courier came here, took a photo of the door, did not ring the bell and left!!!
It's disgraceful.
Then DPD sent an email saying "we are sorry we missed you" and added a photo of the door! It's infuriating.
06 Nov 2024: DPD sent the same courier. My friend was waiting. My friend asked why he didn't ring the bell the day before.
We needed to know the reason for future reference. After all, we don't work for DPD. The courier said "because there was no flat number". But there is no flat number on the parcel!
And there is no flat number in our address either! We live in a Victorian house which has been converted to three flats. The flats have no number. We receive regular deliveries from Amazon (sometimes more than one deliver in a day) .
Never a problem. UPS is okay (they fail to do their job sometimes) and DHL is excellent. DPD is a disgrace. I remember that DPD was very good many years ago.
Change of management, I guess, is the reason for the sharp decline of DPD.
The parcel was an iPhone 16 Pro with 512 GB (£1,300 on Apple UK) for my partner. He is a news cameraman and use iPhone for his work. He was going to sell his iPhone 14 Pro on the 06 November but now it will take at least a week as the phone is on its way back to SKY.
SKY promised to send it again using the services of a different company. The prices for the iPhone P14 Pro (about £400) are going down fast and we already lost good £50 thanks to DPD's courier with little intelligence and zero initiative.
If people could choose the courier then DPD would be out of business.
SKY might even cancel the contract seeing the phone has not been delivered.
That will be a nightmare.
DPD's extremely poor service is affecting people's lives. Shame on DPD.

I live in a large residential care home with 24-hour staff and access. My daughter stayed home with me all day because I struggle to open the door.
Suddenly, I received a notification that no one was able to sign for my parcel.
The picture sent to me was of a brick wall - not even the main doors or building sign, just a wall that isn't even part of the building. I have tried everything to contact someone, but to no avail.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

No parcel no help
ordered some tools which I need for work. Usual 1 hour time slot.
Then at 10.30 the app didnt update. When at 6pm I started the chat now I was told it wasnt lost, but couldnt tell me where it was. Then tried calling, I do think knowing the definition of lost escaped the person I spoke to also. She advised me they cant contact the driver while driving, I offered her lots of footage of drivers on their phones delivering parcels I have captured on my ring doorbell.
She then explained that they can call the depot if there is a problem. Having one of their drivers swearing in Polish in one clip and various languages spoken in many others, perhaps the depot has moved, that would explain the poor delivery service having to cross the English Channel every day. Then she went on to explain my delivery would depend on how many parcels are on the van. I tried to explain I was delivery 27 and the driver delivered 26 at 10.30 which again I think she struggled the concept of time , especially the 7 hour gap between his last delivery and me being on the phone to her.
At that point she said that she could do nothing else to help, I asked that using the word else would imply that she had actually helped in some way? She hung up.
Usual DPD, usual parcel company but that god it wasnt Royal Mail.
It wouldnt be here for a month. Its not like I had anything better to do with my day and the delay in getting my tools will have a knock on effect to my weekend.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Through ordering again.
Changed the delivery date using DPD site, for delivery of new sky box. It still came on original day when we hadn't had time to disconnect the old box.
Driver took new parcel away and said return Friday.
Nothing arrived so went on tracker to find DPD had sent it back to sky. What is the point of having facility to change delivery day if you just ignore it.

Ive been waiting in you claim they tried to deliver it, but it was not my house. Theyve took a photo of somewhere else.
Yet you do have my correct address so youre saying that its going to be attempted deliver tomorrow but the same problem will clearly happen. But on here it is gone to somewhere else. I have been in waiting for it for a long time as Ive been waiting.
Since the 31st Im fuming that youre trying to make me wait again yet the same problem will come up again. Youre not delivering it to the right address.
